WTB - custom eBook graphic and more

I need someone to create a custom eBook image for me, simply black book with a Full Tilt Logo and some text.

Also need a custom image for a poker training "coupon". Needs to be about 600X250 and look like a coupon I'll need space to insert my own text and links on the right hand side.
