Template for sale

Hi all,

I'm relatively new here on PAL forums. I'm a web designer and a front-end developer with a background in the gambling industry. Now, though, I'm a full-time freelancer.

So, the template:

The home page view and the single page view

Obviously, it's still a template and can be modified in many ways by the new owner and a lot of eyecandy can be added during actual development. For example, the "vip offer" area on the home page can be used as a slider for multiple offers ("banners"). Necessary space for banners in other parts of the site can also be easily added.

In the single page view, the details area next to the screenshot can be animated to show text labels and hide the icons once the user hovers it. What I'm trying to say is that the end result is a lot about the development - so much more visual attractiveness can be added.

So, for how much, you ask? (You do ask, right?)

I'll make it in an auction form:
Starting price is $150,
Buy-it-now price is $300.

What's included:

* 2 PSD files for both of the views with perfectly organized folders and layers with names.
* Minor changes, if the new owner needs, can also be done.

For extra fee:

* Bigger and more major changes, for example re-doing or adding new elements/widgets.
* I can also hand-code the template in a completely valid and modern mark-up. Also add functionality and eye-candy with jQuery.
* In addition to the above, I can also put the whole thing running on Wordpress. A complete package.
