Yes that is correct. I saw the url available after the annoucement and jumped on it. I will eventually add vbulletin to the site too

As always, I suggest just using Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest (aff link), the quality is good and the prices are pretty low.

Gabfire Themes | Premium WordPress Themes and Premium Professional WordPress Themes | Theme Trust also have some solid themes. They're a little cheaper + you can use a single theme on as many websites as you like.

I was looking at theme forest over the weekend, they have some really solid game review sites with built in forums. Just search wordpress review sites there are 4 or 5 really good ones.
