Looking for designer for PPC landing page

Looking for a designer who has experience in making landing pages for PPC.

I'd like someone who will have ideas of his own of how to make it and not just someone who executes what I tell him to do.

It's not really super complicated, just need a LP that's optimized for PPC conversions specifically and for this it should be someone who already did this in the past.
