WTB - Fix My F#$ked Up WP Theme

Hi designers, I'm looking for someone to take a site that got moved to wordpress with a messed up template/theme and make it more presentable.

The site in question is at Rakeback - Poker Rakeback - RakeVIP.com and it's been sitting like that for over 6 months which led me to abandon it for other projects. (embarassing as all hell, but it was my first ever affiliate site).

I'd like to revamp it to make it more presentable, so I can go about improving the content and overall site to what it should be.

Please PM me any offers, ideas, or questions - samples would be great.

I mistitled this post, I don't mean "fix it" I really just am ready for a whole new design, but would like to keep a couple of small design elements we used to speed up the process.

So I'm looking for a designer that needs work on a 2 page Photoshop design.
