Potential Investment: I need a house

I'm planning on staying in Las Vegas. I been coming here for weeks at time since the WSOP last year, and every time it gets harder and harder for me to go home. I know too many people here, I like that there is always stuff to do, that there are tons of choices for poker tournaments, cheap bars and cool people at the off strip casinos - I have a decent life here and want to build off it. The chance that I'm one of those people that move to Las Vegas then can't wait to go home is slim. I don't think there has been a single time I came out here that the day I was supposed to leave, I actually left. I always change flights stay longer, when i get home I feel sick and can't wait to get back here.

Its hard for me to find a nice apartment here though. My credit i don't think is bad (I don't have debt) I just have little credit and some old stuff now paid but there big stuff like tax lien and hospital bills etc, that were once unpaid for a long time and now are. I have two credits cards with $320 limits that I use occasionally since 2007 and never one was late - but that's good for nothing because its so small.

Also 10 years ago when i was 19 I have a felony conspiracy charge which relates to gambling. I'm not sure if this is even much of an issue or not as far as renting an apartment - but when you add it to not having much credit it makes things tougher.

So anyways banks are not lending much money out here for buying a house to even people with good credit, so not sure if this is a possibility. I figured I'd through this out here though in the Investing / Wealth building forum.

If anyone wants to buy something here as an investment I'd be a good tenant always ahead of game. I'd like to work something out where someone invests in a place for me, i have an option to buy it - but i could also do short rental too, or I could even do a private mortgage or something where I make massive payments and buy it out over 5 years (and likely sooner). You make the jacked up interest for helping me out and have property as the collateral.

Anyone capable and interested in something like this shoot me a PM. The actual amount - from $50K to $200K (there are $50K condos I could live in if that's the only option)
