Florida is hardly overpriced when you can buy a one bedroom ocean front condo in a highrise for 100k

Off the shore you can buy a 4,000 sq. ft. house for 200 or in some cases less.

Sorry I missed you guys asking about cheap ocean front in Florida, I only did a quick search in the area we own at which is the panhandle. Alabama coast line is even cheaper, but check these out in Panama City Beach (where MTV hosts Spring Break).
