Just a quick note to say I enjoyed your ebook Randy. Funny thing is I get a ton of traffic for exactly the subject you used as an example, it just never quite managed to reach the top of my priority list.

Great general advise in there for newer affiliates especially.

Hey thanks for all the emails, pm'd and great comments. I really appreciate it!

@Jan, yeah man split testing things really makes a world of difference no matter it is a SU Form, CTA, etc.

We actually just finished an interview series with Aweber, our segment is going to be used with their "training content" in which we applied real data on various campaigns and split testing forms. It was really cool getting to work with the Aweber Crew, they have so much knowledge when it comes to that type of marketing.

Thanks again guys! Keep the feedback coming!

Thank you for taking the time to put something like this together. I love reading about how other people work.

On the site it said you were working on an other ebook and would like some feedback, so I have written down some of the things that came to mind when I read the ebook.

    Learning styles
When reading the ebook I often felt that there were something being left out, even though the advice in itself is great. I think that this could be because the ebook is written by someone (you?), who prefers to learn in a different way than I do.

Brian Clark wrote a very good article about this a couple of years ago: A Simple Four-Step Strategy for Developing Content That Connects | Copyblogger

    Example
Below is a paragraph from the ebook's section about keywords. I have picked it because I think the advice you give in that section is very good, but it still left me feeling like things weren't "being explained properly".

Because I already knew that “double or nothing strategy” was a subniche term, I went straight to the keyword tools. I quickly figured out that there were several keywords that could be hit on easily; simple variations of “double or nothing”. DON was the most common variation.

I then went to my forums and the 2p2 forums and searched for some of the phrases given by the keyword tools. I found all sorts of great keywords that were getting searches, and that people were interested in. Some of them include “double or nothing bubble”, “double or nothing roi” and “double or nothing tips”. “Double or nothing bubble” and “double or nothing roi” are two great examples of 7 keywords that would never be found by someone that isn’t familiar with double or nothing tournaments, or poker in general.
When reading that part, I really wanted to see what Google's Keyword Tool returns when you search for "double or nothing strategy" and a screenshot showing the search results from a forum.

Even though I know how to do those things, I just can't help but wonder if you may know a better way, which is why I have a very strong desire to see the things you do as well as the results. If I didn't have experience with keyword research, my desire to see the examples would have been much, much greater.

    General layout
I really like the layout you have used for the ebook.

I had a bit of trouble reading the parts where there are 3 levels of bullet points. I love bullet points, but when there are a lot of subbullets and subsubbullets I find it very difficult to understand what is being said.

Excellent feedback everyone, thank you so much! The response so far has been overwhelming! All comments, suggestions, and ideas are going to be used in Part 2 of this series, please keep the feedback coming.

If you have any questions about the data please let me know as well. We are def not a Ebook publishing company, so I knew the overall format wasn't perfect, but I'm one of those guys that needs to "Do" something a few times to get comfortable doing it. Also, Greg who has been interning with me is the MAN! So big props to all his hard work again!

Also, Ive recieved a few messages asking me why we published this ebook - Obviously I cannot please everyone, and my only goal was to provide something useful for people. I know I have said it before, but if not for a special few people on PAL I would be in a very different place in my life. So I feel an obligation to pay it forward some.

    Side Note:

We just finished an Interview Series with Aweber which is going to be used as a training tool. It is not apart of this project, but it will have a ton of data we agreed to let Aweber publish about a few of our specific campaigns. So if you like seeing real life data in various niches, I'll post it up when it's live.

This is not a plug for me or Aweber btw - But if you are not using some type of email marketing system, you are missing a huge opportunity. It is easier to get a customers SSN than it is a good email lol - Anyway, start your list today guys!
