Geo Scripts - What are you using

I was using the script from clippersoft but I've run into bugs and the owner doesnt seem to be around to help resolve it.

I'm wondering what alternative scripts are out there that I can use. I don't want a wordpress plugin.

And it needs to be able to handle three different targets ie Canada, US and everything else.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
