What's the rule for posting a youtube video on a web page? Say I post videos of the aussie millions cash game. Is that ok if I display the aussie millions logo and fsn's?

My understanding is that if you use the youtube embed code, you're clear. I can't see that you would become liable. Youtube's terms put the responsibility of the person who uploads the video to ensure they do not infringe on copyrights. Obviously, most users don't pay attention to that. however, if the people from the aussie millions have a problem with their video being on youtube, they'll contact youtube and get it removed. That process will also remove it from your site since you are not actually hosting it. youtube will deal with the user (close account or whatever). I suppose the people from AM could attempt to go after the user directly if they wanted to, but that's not likely to happen.
If you actually host the video on your server, then it's a different beast. Posting the owner's logo does not grant you permission to host the video. It's no different than taking content from one site, posting it on your site and giving them credit and a backlink. They still own that content and if they they want it removed regardless of the backlink, it's their right to do so.
I enjoy your thoroughness. Thanks for this explanation.
You could absolutely be pursued for embedding material from Youtube that's in violation of copyright law.
Now whether or not you ever would be is a different question altogether; chances are they'd head for Youtube first. But as the LVRJ content lawsuits show, there's no shortage of people looking to rape you via the legal system on the interwebz.
