Can't Upload an Avatar

I tried a couple, the error isn't specific, just says failed due to failure writing a temp file.

Mahap they're to big? Or I just scurred the forum and it rejected :P

dimensions need to be 100x100. Is that the issue?

When I try to to set the avatar with an URL (option 1) I get this error:
Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

I have tried with the images LadyHoldem uploaded, and also did some resizing to see if that were the problem:

I then tried saving the images on my computer and uploading them (option 2), and it worked.
