Do affiliates get sued much? If so, what have you been sued for and what are the best ways to stay protected?
you should be pretty good unless you are going after the mac poker niche.

I don't think affiliates get sued too much...
main things:
Content Theft
Copyright Violation
Spam
...probably others
Ive been doing this for 8 years, never been close to being sued.
Just don't do cause others civil damage...you will have no liability.

But really I think I include it to help people remember to think for themselves.
the best way to be protected is to have a lawyer on retainer who knows what you do and what the risks are.
whether that should be your first concern as an affiliate is another question.
