...probably others
Ive been doing this for 8 years, never been close to being sued.
Just don't do cause others civil damage...you will have no liability.

the best way to be protected is to have a lawyer on retainer who knows what you do and what the risks are.
whether that should be your first concern as an affiliate is another question.
