I read the post, no idea why though. My reply was always going to be the same. Don't waste your time with DigitalPoint. It used to be a useful resource but it's just full of crap these days.
Why on earth you wasted so much time and energy on the conversations/emails I don't know - surely your time is worth more than it took you to have all of those Skype chats? Just get a refund and move on. I would have done this at the first sign of an issue.
