Which poker programs have revshare and allow US players?

Pretty self-explanatory.

So far, have found Aced, Cake (which people are saying doesn't actually track non-rakeback signups), and FullTilt (which has the unfortunate 60-day rule). What others are there, and what can you say about these three?

We have Playersonly Poker, which has both rev share and CPA options, and allow US as well.
