I know how and where i can convert my poker hands, but want to insert all this stuff in my forum to facilitate the players. To post their hands directly in the forum.

I don't think there is an opensource script. Site owners develop them for backlinks/traffic. Just create a sticky in your forum with instructions for the newbies to post hand histories.
