    Default USA casino affilate?

    what is the regulation about this?
    can any one become an affiliate now for the US market?

    In the regulated US market you will need some level of licensing in order to work with casinos and poker rooms.

    The amount varies by state and also based on the depth of your relationship with the room. For example, in NJ you need a simple license (one-page app) to have a partnership where you just receive a flat amount of money for placing ads. But to get CPA or rev share payments, you need another level of licensing.
