    Default How to fight back?

    Hey all

Last month i got my forum invaded by a newcomer webmaster that choose a short cut, go in my forum and PM my members to join his.

Of course i was able to shut him down cause he was on a public domain that did not allowed gamble relatetd content.

Yesterday i organise a game limited to sign ups under me in a room not overly pushed in my current traffic but i got only 13 against the normal 30\40 so i got some feedback in forum until i found the reason.
He had set up a reimbursement system in his forum, and because its not English managers sure are not aware it looks to me this is breaking the rules.
Here it is what the person is doing.
Offers a 20\30\50 offer depending on room and a reimbursement plan BUT its not a no deposit because its not the room that gives the money in account its the player that must deposit and wait until the 20 of next month to get the reimbursement... thus compiling the players base in steps and sweaping CPAs but im pretty sure this kind of incentive must be limited in T&C of most programs no?

So what now? do i contact managers of the targeted programs to alert or what kind of action should one take in this situation?

    Thanks in advance.

There's no rules against him offering players any form of kickback whether he gives it to them as a free bankroll or as a reimbursement. What he done to you wasn't very nice, but the poker sites aren't going to care about it.

This is just me... and won't necessarily do any good. I would open with a letter to your affiliate manager, explaining the situation and being clear that this affiliate is obtaining players via the short cut method - and AT YOUR EXPENSE. I'd support that with a list of his tactics (mining players from your forum unauthorized, etc). I'd wait for their response before deciding whether or not acting further makes sense.
