looking for mentor

Im a new kid on the affilliate block and after reading a couple of posts I like what Ive read. Im willing to follow an experience lead without looking for the next best thing and make some money in this industry. Id be grateful if someone would be willing to show me the ropes as a mentor. I have no problem with a tiered structure so that you earn from my efforts.
