Translating Pages

Hey Guys,
I'm thinking about translating some of the pages from one of my sites to spanish and I was wondering how to go about doing this.
I'm not wondering about the actual translating part because I already have someone lined up to do this, but more about how I can actually do it in wordpress.

I see many other sites have a pokerXXX.com/es/ spanish site, but could someone tell me how to go about making this possible.

This might be very simple, but maybe not. Either way any help would be appreciated. I hope you can understand what I'm looking to do.....

I think you reinstall wordpress for each language directory, as I understand it.

i use google translate but the link wont get indexed if thats what your looking for

Better try Translator Plugins or widgets for you to translate your site.
