hey guys.. i have a really good site idea . i have a site already on wordpress. but im thinking of scrapping it and starting over with my new idea.. and just wanted to ask..

who is the best wordpress designer you know??

i really want this idea i have to be done propally and have no html or css knowledge at all , so just wondered if you guys could point me in the right direction..

thanks. also.. do you know of any software... where i can track my members of my site.. i have noticed on a few sites.. that they track there members wins/losses.. where can i get that application??
