Player tracking ?

Hi everyone

I'm very new to all of this and I have few questions about poker affiliating.
First, If a player signs up through me with a unique tracking code what sort of information and often will i get about this player ?
Lets say im using FullTilt cpa plan and want to know when the player hits 100ftp, will I see live info or will they send me all this info at the end of the month ?
