Adding News feeds?

This is a rookie question.

I want to add a news feed to my site where it will pull casino news, poker news, and promotions from our website to traffic RSS reader.

So i need to buy a script to do this and install it on our server and mysql?

We run a php site - and was hoping we can just the rss icon and when a person clicks it they see all updated news..

When we add news it allows them to be updated.

What do i need to do to get this done

5 days of searching how to create my own news feeds and still no clue..

Anyone have like 30 seconds to point me to right place?

Well if anyone can help me set this up I guess i will pay for it, since all i could find on the internet to create your own news feed is this.
