How much is a backlink worth?

Hey guys,

i still need backlinks for my german pokersite.
Right now i think it is not possible that anybody chance a link with my PR0 sites. So if not i had to think about to buy some links. But what is a PR1 or PR2 or PR3 link worth? I mean not a spam site, i mean a normal website with not so much outgoing links?
Other question, make it sense to get links from site outside of germany? i mean without german content?

And if anybody want a linkexchange with my PR0 sites with german content please write me a pm and we can talk about.

Your doing fine with the English, I wouldn't worry to much about links if your site is good with good content then ppl will find it... don't let links do your head in.. Make a post in the market section Other - The Forums At Poker Affiliate Listings looking for links on partner pages pr wont matter to others if you have a site with good content and nothing copied. Its one think I do not worry about maybe im wrong maybe not.

When doing link swaps I like a small screen shot of the site to the left - Anchor text - then a few lines of text about the site. Makes it look good seen that on a site here funny enough, 10-15 per page.

Your English is fine, if anything we should be encouraging non-native speakers to post around here - since the poker business is gaining traction internationally we can all benefit.

Please PM me the URL of your site, I'll get the ball rolling for you by exchanging a link from a large and well established site with German pages (unless I see any reasons not to!)

Not sure about why you aren't getting replies to other posts, but for this one the answer is because you can't really answer your question. There is no magical formula that says a PR1 link is worth $x while a PR2 is worth $y etc...

There is no set answer.

You can read through the marketplace here for plenty of people selling links, just contact them and find out how much they are charging to get a base idea.
