Help making duplicate site

Hi guys,
Not sure if any of you would be willing to help me out or not. I have got a site, Welcome to Annapolis Valley Localfied.ca, that I am trying to get started. I want to make duplicate sites for other places around the east coast of canada as well, as I have other people who are willing to work on commission and basically do the leg work for me. In my mind, I should be able to download it from the server, switch the content and photos, and reupload it and be done. Problem is, I dont even know how to download it from the server. If anyone can describe for me how to do this, or wants to help me out. Please let me know! Thanks

I as well no guru in this, but shouldn't it work to create a FTP login and to download the site with an FTP program such as FileZilla?
