Where to Find Non Gaming Websites For Sale?

I've been through quite a few sites but can't seem to find any type of good listing place. Does anyone have a good link for a non gaming established sites for sale directory?

https://flippa.com/ not sure how good it is but have heard it referred to many times.

I've had a nose around flippa - there's a lot of junk to wade through, but there have been a few sites I was tempted by!

Problem with Flippa/DP/DNForum etc is wading through the endless amounts of junk, scraped content, autboblogs and other rubbish that people are selling. I guess chooisng highest price first may be a decent filter to run in terms of finding better quality sites, but even that isn't foolproof...
