If you wanted to target the phrase "buy widgets" which gets about 4k monthly searches in adwords, would you buy buy-widgets.com for about $500, buywidgets.net or.org for $1k or buy-widgets.co for reg?

depends on my budget and plans on the site. If money was no object buywidgets for $1k, if i was on a budget i would get the reg fee and invest in content.
