I've had this site since 2009. It has had PR since its first update, and has a few high quality links pointing to it.

My thoughts were to build a site targeting keywords like "dating sites for [insert keyword]", but I never really had any interest in building out the site.

Traffic - 79 visitors in the last 30 days (using 36 different keywords and one backlink on a high traffic page has sent 20 visitors)

Revenue - Roughly $200 over the 2+ years its been up. If you took this site at the BIN of $1000 I am sure you could go to Digital Point and sell $1k worth of links and get that recurring every 6 months for a good ROI in a year. Dating is a HUGE niche, and people want to rank for it. Another option would be to get it ranking yourself and rake in the cash.
