Geo domain development

Hey peeps,

I invested in a pretty good geo domain recently and I'm not sure whether to develop or flip it. I know I could make a good profit by flipping it pretty quickly but there could be an opportunity to build a massive site and sell some good advertising to companies.

I'm looking to chat to anyone who has had any experience with developing geo domains. If I do decide to develop then it's not something I could do alone due to the size of the site and so may also be looking for possible partnerships.
