Good online stock brokerage affiliate program?

For my own stocks trading, I use Interactivebrokers, great service but no affiliate program. Does anyone know a good affiliate program with decent CPA's? Anyone has experience with this re: CPA vs MGR? I have seen one offer by Questrade for $70 CPA and 7,5% MGR on commissions - that seems a bit low to me, or am I just spoiled by the CPAs you get from poker programs.

There are some on Commission Junction, but nothing too exciting. Etrade offers $25/signup. The other brokerages seem to advertise via adwords, so your best bet is to promote PPC via adsense. Forex on the other hand, is a different story. There are some good CPAs out there for forex sites, but they are pretty picky with their traffic.
