    Default Need Advice on Monetizing

I recently purchased 15 sports-related domains that all currently rank on page 1 or 2 in Google. Each of the domains is exact match in the .com, net, or org version of current or future sports stars in Baseball, Basketball, and American Football.

I have a few questions for anyone kind enough to offer advice. I am looking for ways to diversify in conjunction with my current poker projects.

    1) What would be the best way to monetize these sites? I have come up with a few ideas regarding sports related products and player or team memorabilia, but looking for additional angles.

    2) The poker industry is becoming increasingly more competitve, and the level of saturation is at an all-time high. Does anyone have experience with fan sites for sports or non-sports related content, and how much upside and profitability does this genre have compared to poker, and would this be a good use of time and resources?

    3) Are there any potential legal issues with these sites? I have read several articles pertaining to cyber-squatting, but I fully intend to have a full-disclosure approach and make it extremely clear that these are fan sites.

Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

The first thing I thought of when reading your post was to build a sports betting site and use these other sites as support sites Sorry.

Aren't revenues for these types of sites usually advertisement driven?

The revenue will clearly come from advertisements, but which forms would be most profitable, and is there a lot of money to be made in this niche?

The general approach would be to write articles about the athletes, and then convert the traffic with advertisements for shirts, jerseys, and other memorabilia related to the player and his team.

Most of the sites receive between 5,000-22,000 exacts per month and growing.

Its lower quality in terms of revenue for this niche. I've done it before. However, u can always build a better mousetrap and make more than I ever did.

So how did you monetize your site, and what were the issues that prevented this from being a profitable niche for you?

Are You using any PPC services?
Roger Shriver age 30 is a scammer located in Florida. Do NOT do business with him unless you want negative consequences. I have ordered his full background report and record for anyone wanting to view it

So far all I have done is gotten the sites indexed and thrown a few links at them. I wanted to develop a monetizing strategy before developing any content.
