any ideas on how to monetize? just put free games on with ads?

That's a glitch in keyword tool and this domain struggle to be worth its registration cost imo. If you want to build a games site then find a better domain. if you're building a games site simple because you have this domain i'd say don't bother there are more profitable uses of time.
