3 Niche Sites for Sale Cheap

Ok, first off these sites don't make a lot, but they each pay for their hosting. None of these sites have been worked on recently, but they rank for various terms and when they were launched, they did well right off. We hit gold with another older site with the help of the Blind Ferret Marketing Firm, so we just focused on that site and let these sites.

So anyway, these sites were made for Commission Junction, Amazon, Pepperjam, ebay, and adsense sales. It's not worth me pulling stats on anything, so assume not much, but these are all good sites.

A little background on the niche - There is still 3 more movie in the twilight series coming out, and the fans are super die hard! We've built a massive mailing list off out twilightgear website, and sales are still strong with little effort. This niche is just hot and there is several ways to take it to make money.

Alwaystwilight.com -PR2 Price $200- This site was bought at DP from a die hard fan, at the time I thought we could run all the twilight sites, but meh. This site has traffic, and ranks for a lot of stuff. Income is mainly Adsense, and a tiny bit ebay but ebay sucks!

NewMoon-Twilight - PR1 $120 - This is more of a good adsense site IMO - again it can rank for anything, as marketers outside of gaming are just not as good as gaming marketers. Not sure on traffic, but I can check if interested. I have no way of separating adsense, so who knows. Easy potential though.

BestCheapTextBooks.com - PR1 $150 - This was Ranna's very first solo site, she wrote and did everything for this site. Its a nice ebay niche and amazon since people are always trying to save money on books.

Had a typos on the Text Books domain, also lowered prices on these. With like a couple hours of attention, these will make some extra coin. We just don't have the time.

He ok cool, yeah when I bought that site is was averaging $20-30ish a mo on adsense and stuff. Of course you cannot separate adsense, let me see what stats I can pull. It has some cool custom adsense plugins that might give some more info.

No idea what you mean mate. Of course you can track adsense revenue, by setting up a url channel.

It's cool it makes money via other revenue streams, but I'm really only looking for an "adsense" site.

Ok let me re-phrase, I guess I didn't knwo that. I thought channels were to exclude certain ads or get certain ones. Long story short I didn't do that. I setup ads and put them up, so no idea.

I guess what I am getting at is how can we accurately value the site if not sure exactly what its earning.

I don't really think the earnings matter too much, as the site is probably worth around that with or without any earnings.
