Higher End: Keyword Domain BlowOut!

I put a low cost $20 per domain bulk sale up in another thread (here) which were all domains I wouldn't mind parting with.

This is a second (and final) thread along the same lines, however this list includes much higher quality domains. All 46 on this list are taken in their matching .com, .net and .org extensions, and considering I don't own any of the matches it means more than one person desired the domain. All have over 1,000 exact match, all is properly suited for affiliating, links sales or adsense. Basically develop one domain per week for the next year (take six weeks off) and if you know what you're doing building websites you likely have a full time non gambling affiliate income? Looking for a change this is a solid opportunity.

My price is $75 per domain for all 46 = $3,450. If buyer prefers to use an escrow then they must pay the fee on top of that. If no escrow is used I'll pay whatever transaction fees are involved.

To note: There are a few that the $75 price might be close on. There are many other $200-$500 domains on this list though. Example Buyshares.org is probably worth at least $500. It sold in the .co.uk extension for $1900 so even that fluke its still worth much more than $75. Several others on here too are near certain $200-$300 sales on the aftermarket. So basically don't pay too much attention to $75 per domain price that's just simply a base to determine the $3450 selling price.

I will not be splitting the domains up. The only potential motivation for selling is a bulk sale otherwise even if it isn't this year I'm completely fine leaving these all parked and building them out later. There are few on here I'll be quite sad to see go.

Great package! Id buy this up in a second if I thought I would ever actually have the time to develop even 1 of these domain names lol, definitely a great deal though for someone who has the time and/or budget to develop these.

To note I'm firm on the $3,450 pricing. I had two offers since posting this, first was $450 total for homeloanbank.org and goodcreditscores.net and the second was $2,500 for the entire list.

I do realize I lowered the chances of a quick sale bulking these all together, but really that's my motivation to sell them. I just want to move a whole bunch of these in one shot, otherwise I could make a lot more hanging on to them long term.
