This is my sons site. He is selling it because I'm sick of nagging him to update it. The sites has not been updated for a around a week but I will get someone on it today to bring it up to date.

The site has over 4000 pages in Google, hundreds of backlinks plus new posts index in seconds. The site is PR3.

Daily traffic has dropped simply because this sort of site needs to be updated daily. With daily updates the site can generate up to 800 uniques a day!

Not sure if PAL is the right place to sell this sort of site so I will simply leave this listing running for a few days. I'm looking for bids over $1000 or I will post it on Flipper.

The site has generated revenue from Clickbank for Farmville Ebook sales and one or two bingo sign ups. The Farmville Ebook sales have now died out so I'm going to say zero revenue.
