More celebrity fan sites for sale, cheap!

Ok, I'm selling off another handful of celebrity sites because I'm just bogged down.  The last group went for a nice bargain price so get ahold of me if you want any or all of these.  These don't make huge money but they make enough to pay for themselves and all get decent traffic.  They are aged a few years and some/most of them have had a writer on them here or there the past few years.
 
ASHLEYTISDALECLUB.COM - PRICE $100 - This is a fan club site for the actress Ashley Tisdale.  Se was a disney star back in the day and now is moving into more mainstream acting.  Gets decent traffic and not monetized very well at all.

RASCALFLATTSCLUB.COM - PRICE $150 - This site made thousands back when it first started.  Had a nice writer that kept up with fanstuff.  She may continue if contacted.  Nice looking site with traffic and some following.
- 25th for "Rascal Flatts" in Google.
- GoDaddy expires 8/23/2011
- 30+ visits a day.
- All google long tail traffic
- Have been contacted by NBC in the past to promote live concerts. Got VIP passes to their event in NYC.
 
VANESSAHUDGENSPICS.NET - PRICE $200 - This nice little gem of a site gets some good traffic and trickles in adsense with zero effort every month.  Probably makes $5-$10 per month adsense with zero effort.
- Nice design with some pics
- 2nd page of Google for "vanessa hudgens pics" - move that up and traffic soars.
- 1000+ visitors a month.
- GoDaddy expires 2/1/2011
 
CLUBEFRON.COM - PRICE $300 - Nice fan club that has lacked some attention lately.  Zac Efron is one of those teen sensation actors.  Nice look to the site and needs some monetization.  This site made pretty decent money back a few years ago but it lost attention needed.

- Nice traffic for "meet zac efron" and other google long tail
- Little monetization
- 401 aweber subscribers (not sure how to transfer them but will if possible)
