WTS: Ticket Website with Revenue

I'm looking to sell my ticket website in a quick sale. I've had this site for 3-4 years and send traffic there from many celebrity/sports/music sites. It's grown over the years and now is in the SERPS a little as well. Here is the direct revenue made from purely ticket sales over the last few years:

2010 - $413 profit from $3170 in ticket sales from 15 orders.
2009 - $728 profit from $5340 in ticket sales from 21 orders.
2008 - $416 profit from $3855 in ticket sales from 14 orders.
2007 - $54 profit from $418 in ticket sales from 2 orders.

So as you can see there is some money to be made in the ticket business. This is off of fairly minimal traffic 100+ visitors a month from mostly sports and celebrity sites with a little google serps.

I've also sold some links/ads in the past. This was a PR2 but is PR1 at the moment. I'd say over the last few years I make $500 per year on link/ad sales. Have not sold any in 2011 yet so thats an immediate thing someone can do to make that $500.

There is a real nice backend reporting area where you can see details on every order. You can also set the markup on your tickets giving you full control over how much you charge and make for your tickets. I have all traffic stats in Google Analytics.

I'm selling this because I just need to scale back my sites even more. I'm starting to focus on a couple in particular and this one doesn't fit my 2011 goals. Hoping to reinvest this money back into some of my sites for 2011.

I really think this is a great price for this site. It does NOT take much traffic to get ticket sales it seems. This is a branded, established site that has 3-4 years of earning proof.
