Non Gambling $800+ Earnings per Month

I am selling one of my sites, which is non-gambling. I figured I would post about it here, before I go try to sell it in a public marketplace. For 1, this is the only forum I am really active in, and I like everybody here much more then on other forums. So I want anybody here to get first dibs on the site. For 2, I think it is an awesome opportunity for anybody in the gambling industry that wants to start diversifying.

I am not listing this site for sale right now, just looking to see if I can make a quick sale PRIVATELY <-- that is the key. So I want to post a bunch of general info, and anybody interested can PM me or hit me up on Skype.

The site is a couple of years old, in a non gambling niche. It earns $800+ per month, and I spend absolutely no time on this website at all. It gets around 1500 visitors each month. There is a ton of opportunity as well, as I only have about 50 pages on the website, and they aren't even that good. I also have 100+ new pages on my local server, along with a new structure, slight redesign and a bunch of other changes that I made based off some testing and analyzing that I have done. I haven't been able to get that work live yet, as I have put already over 50 hours of work in to accomplish what has been done thus far. <-- not counting the content, as I have writers.

I realize that not posting the URL and all the specific details is annoying. I apologize for that, but like I said before, I am looking for a quick private sale here, and am not interested in posting a public auction.

I can easily prove income, traffic, etc.
