WTS Last 4 Celebrity Sites

I'm finally breaking down and selling the last of my celebrity sites. A while back I sold a bunch to you guys here on PAL and now I'm getting rid of the last 4. These four are my biggest traffic sites. But I suck at monetizing If someone is looking to start in the celebrity niche this is a great deal (IMO). Or if you want to add to your celebrity collection these are 4 established sites.

SELENAGOMEZCLUB.COM - PRICE $799 - This site gets crazy traffic. Has tons of posts and a big following. Near 1500+ list of emails at aweber and a large Facebook fan page! Not monetized very well. Never tried affiliate things. Done some adsense and some zip submits.

- 1644 posts since 2006
- 12,000+ visits a month (consistent for a long time)
- 1448 aweber email list (getting about 20 a day for last month since implementing new form. can transfer to your aweber)
- 1290 facebook fan page (can give you full admin of facebook page)
- Mostly google long tail traffic
- Little monetization done ($40 a month adsense, $10 a month zip, etc...) Plan is to eventually sell affiliate products or ramp up the adsense. Have never sold to or utilized the email list to any extent.

CLUBMILEYCYRUS.COM - PRICE $499 - This site gets great traffic and has a nice email following. Not monetized at all. Send some traffic to a disney site for the most part.

- 1553 aweber email list (can transfer to your aweber)
- 117 facebook fan page (can give you full admin of facebook page)
- Mostly google long tail traffic
- Little monetization done (only send traffic to some other disney adsense site. Have never sold to or utilized the email list to any extent.)

DEMILOVATOCLUB.COM - PRICE $399 - Nice content and established. Has some decent traffic and a little following on email/facebook. Little adsense monetization.

- 2300+ visits a month
- 57 aweber email list (can transfer to your aweber)
- 120 facebook fan page (can give you full admin of facebook page)
- Mostly google long tail traffic
- Little monetization done (Some adsense and some zip)

CLUBVANESSAANNE.COM - PRICE $299 - Nice content and established. Has some decent traffic and a little following on email/facebook. Little adsense monetization.

- 1433 posts since 2006
- 1500+ visits a month
- 256 aweber email list (can transfer to your aweber)
- 92 facebook fan page (can give you full admin of facebook page)
- Mostly google long tail traffic (#1 for "vanessa hudgens fan club", #5 for "vanessa hudgens fan", etc)
- Little monetization done (Some adsense and some zip)

I can assist in transfer as I've done that several times before. If one person wants all 4 of these I'd entertain bulk sale offers for sure.

I took a look at SELENAGOMEZCLUB.COM - PRICE $799 and the question would be:

Hey aditd... I'm not sure what the question is? Basically my point is I've only placed adsense ads and zip offers in a few spots. Never have done any email marketing to the 1500 list of fans. Never done any split testing to try out what actually works. Is that what you mean?

3,355 Visits (About 500 uniques a day)
6,207 Pageviews

$8.60 adsense

BUMP... Significantly more adsense revenue from these since making some changes. If anyone is interested in these 4 sites PM me and we can talk about making a deal. Looking to make an offline investment so selling many money making sites.
