Football News Blog on Premium Football Streaming Domain For Quick Sale

Not too sure on the interest of this here but thought that i would drop the auction in here and see how things pan out...

I am looking to sell FootballStreams.org as i have another project i want to jump on but need to do my part in raising some of the captial towards the movement for the site in question.

Due to that, i am looking to sell the domain and the content accordingly.

Now i recognise that the homepage of the main domain is very little (just a html page with a stream embedded into it) but the main value of the site comes from the domain itself and the football news blog aspect found here: Football News | Premier League News | Funny Football.

Looking for offers on the site but this is not the only revenue stream i have in operation (to push the purchase of my planned project) and so i am looking for a FAIR price for it, should i feel that it is too low, i will keep hold of the site.

Little information:

• Domain held at Godaddy
• Premium Domain that could be used for soccer or NFL (up to you)
• Fast indexing football news blog (averages about 60 secs if not faster from my findings)
• No revenue claimed as i have not placed ads onto the domain since i bought it
• Inside consideration period for both Google News and NewsNow.co.uk
• Little SEO work done on the site - 1 x PR4, 3 x PR3, 6-7 Articlesbase articles placed
• 195 news articles - all unique (other than quotes within where used)
• DMOZ listed

I can provide you with Google Analytics to date if you give me your email address, average is between 75 - 120 uv per day.

I'd be interesting in buying/301 the content to SportsBettingNews.co.uk (would help for getting into google news I guess), but I have no interest in the domain. This goes for anyone interested in the domain but not the content. I don't know what fair price is for content but something like $3/article seems fair to me.

Buyer unaware of the volume of content on the site (i added the 195 posts bullet after he had seen the listing) so deals still required.

To give a rough idea:

I charge $6 per article to those that i create content for (football news) and there are 195 posts on there.

This means that if you were to buy the content from me there would be over $1000 worth of content.

Lets begin the interest at $500 - Price Lowered

Would be happy with $1,500 as a BIN price.

Just to note, i am continuing to post to the site as i await a possible sale although i have missed out on the opportunity to purchase my next planned project but still looking to sell to focus on moving back into the affiliation market.

Post count now up to 200 posts and more should be added today and tomorrow.

I have reduced the starting bid to $500 to get the interest moving.

Hoping to secure a sale on this site by the end of this weekend but should it not sell i would not be crushed and would be happy to keep.
