WTS vBulletin 4 License

A friend of mine bought a vBulletin 4 License awhile back, and it is just rotting right now, so he has asked me if I knew anyone that would like to buy it. So I figured I would post here and let you PAL members have first crack at it. As any vBulletin license, he paid $195 for it. He knows that selling it for $195 probably wont happen because you could just as easily go to vBulletin.com and buy a new license, so he is willing to go cheaper, but of-course he would like to go as high as he can.

So, any takers?
