I don’t want to clog PAL up with Non Gaming Marketplace posts so I decided to create one thread where I’ll list high value non-gambling domains at very fair hassle free pricing. When I add new domains I’ll bump this thread. For those of you with a taste for non gambling domains I guarantee you you’ll steal some from me in time because I’m not very smart when it comes to domain value. Okay with that said, here is the domains and pricing. You do your own research as to length, indexed or not keywords etc.

Tips for Researching Domain Value

Search Volume – That’s the biggest selling feature with these domains. Almost everyone listed will have a large search volume. You can guage this using a google tool located at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Whois – You can go to about any registrar (Godaddy.com for example) search the domain then when it says already taken, click for more info. This will tell you when the domain was registered.

Archive.org – The type of domains I’m dealing with here (High quality) might have been sites in the past, then registration lapsed and the domain was registered again at some point. You can use archive.org to see if the domain is infact older.

Google: To see if the site is indexed search site:domainname.com

Note: There is a ton of room to out research me on these. I used to design templates for PAL members (was PAW and then PAP then) and several people here bought templates from me for $150ish then I seen them quick flip them for $500+. I can’t guarantee that will be the case here again, but I tend to be very fair with pricing – so sure you can out research me on many of these.

I added cardealerused.com to the list today.

According to Google Keyword tool the term Car Dealer Used has:

673,00 broad searches
165,00 phase searches
6,600 exact match

The who is shows as March 2005 registration date.

This is a high profit but also high competition term. Holding out I think chances are high someone comes along and wants much more for this.

I have no idea as far as domain values so maybe I'm light maybe not (you decide!) but at this time the BIN is $750.00. Should be a decent gamble for someone.

I added LadiesSingle.com to the list today. This is priced a little high for the "Good Domains" category but doesn't qualify for the "Premium Domains" category due the .org being available for registration.

This is a massive broad search term and very strong in phrase search with a fair number of exact. My guess is this would preform very well parked, where the .net and .org wouldn't. This leads me to me pricing it a slightly higher than other domains in the same category - yet as always very solid hassle free quick sale prices.

Today I added watchtvoninternet.com

There are a lot of lead capture programs involving watching tv shows online and there are also subscription and file sharing programs with affiliate programs. I could go on and on: example affiliate PPV events, or stream your own stuff and get links and then include ads on the side. So many different things that can be done with this one. Also has solid search traffic too.

Also added BuyAmericanFlag.com - domains like this (buy in front of mass term in the .com) do very well with type in and parking and even better affiliating. Won't take much to profit with this one.
