Hi All,

Looking to raise some cash to fund some more .org.uk purchases

$275 Full Build

- your choice of a flat site (html) or wordpress
- custom logo/header
- layout with your own colour scheme
- 6 pieces of unique content written by in-house UK writer
- adding your own banners (if you provide the codes)
- if you provide your affiliate links we'll build a "bonus" list or merchant list for you on the homepage or sidebar

Site is built using our modified premium Wordpress themes (woothemes, themeforest etc), or our own customised flat templates, which are fully SEO optimised and easily customisable. Take off $15 per piece of content you don't want, add $15 per additional pieces of content you do want.

The price for the development drops to just $225 if you agree to maintain a link back to one of my primary websites permanently.

$175 Wordpress Blogs

These builds are more straight forward. You still get the following:

- Unique logo
- 6 pieces of standard content (note that these won't be written by my in-house UK writer, but will be outsourced to a trusted team).
- Installation of a premium WooTheme.
- Some flexibility on colour-scheme (though not to the same degree as the $275 sites).
- you add your own affiliate banners as widgets or editing the theme#

Add more content to your order for an additional $10 per article.

The price drops to $125 if you agree to maintain a link to one of my websites.

Hosting

If you need hosting we'll provide this for you for just $25 a year. Choice of UK or US server. So all we would need from you is the domain URL and content titles (we don't NEED this, we can just base it on the domain if you don't have time to come up with topics).

Turn around time approximately 5 working days.

The 5 "review" sites have now been complete. I'll hold my hands up and say I took on more than I should of really (should have stuck to the original 3!), especially with a new day job.

Moving forward I'll only be taking on one site at a time.

General feedback has been positive, though suggestion is that the $350 standard price tag is a little high. I have therefore revised this to $275, or $200 with link kept in place.
