Hmmm does that affect my standing/already paid order? It's been a while now... And btw, you should really find alternatives like MB or a poker room. Who's gonna pay you by Western Union, seriously?

OP recently send me a message and asked me to file a dispute with pay pal to get my money back. He said he would not be able to collect his funds there anyways and to get it back. In following his advise I called Pay Pal.

The account was shut down due to fraud and Pay Pal will allow refunds of this money without filing a dispute. You do not need to file a resolution dispute. You can simple call pay pal and inform them of the transaction and they will automatically refund you on the spot!

I was concerned and asked them if this will reflect on my account and they said no that its all ok - its just his account was considered fraud more or less and the money in that account would be available for charge backs for 180 days.

I asked him if I would be allowed to share this information with the rest of the forum members and he said Yes alert everyone who was involved and send them to us and tell them to call us and we will refund them for these transactions.

Based on the OP being upfront and being honest with his situation and why he as banned and pay pals information I suggest everyone seek a refund from this account and alert them in no way are you involved in that fraud account and you just bought a service.

Better to be safe then sorry later. I made sure they noted my account as such....

Just want everyone to be protected here and want thank the OP for Pming me and letting me know its ok to go ahead and get a refund. The OP was honest and straight with why this happened.

Any questions about the process to get refunded you can PM me. I am not sure how people who actually got the service will go about this - but the money he got for these sales will just stay with pay pal and after 180 days be seized and i think the OP wants people to get their money back.

Hey I just got a pm from the OP that he sent me that PM by error. That i received my order fully and it was sent in error. Based on reading his original I was under the impression all his funds were confiscated from pay pal. Pay Pal also informed the account is in with the fraud department.

The OP wants only those people who did not get the orders finished to apply for a refund and not the completed ones.

I will ask Jeremy or a moderator to please advise on this scenario and there is some confusion going on here. And for security reasons I think someone with authority here needs to clear this up. Please!

I no longer feel comfortable with this. I did get my order yesterday and I am going through the order - it takes a long time to check all the files to make sure its all done... but i did get it!!

But based on the Pm the OP asked me to file a dispute to get my money back and file a dispute - after that i called Pay Pal because i felt insecure about my own security.

OP was honest and all that so thank you to him. Please OP explain to everyone what is going on!! I cant delete posts... but just explain to everyone what is going on and clear this up..
