Anyone looking to hire? Weighing some life options.

I'm contemplating quitting my full-time day job. I've been off on medical leave since early May and I've managed to get a lot done on my own projects plate as well as take on some jobs for some other people here. This decision isn't a light one for me to make as my recurring paycheck is quite nice as are the benefits and interaction with people on a daily basis. However, if someone on here is looking to hire someone to do pretty much anything web-related or management-related, and is willing to pay me a set amount guaranteed weekly then I really see no reason to go back as I can do far more from home.

I've done work for a fair amount of people on here ranging from anything from content writing to hosting, to tech support, to coding, to full on management of projects being developed to hooking up Sebby with raccoons. I've also owned and maintained 2 ad networks, done corporate-level advertising campaigns for some major console/pc gaming brands and quite a few other things.

Anyway, I figured I'd just throw this out there since I'm scheduled to go back somewhere near the middle of July. While I'm not entirely cheap, I'm not terribly expensive either. So if you're looking to hire send me a message and we can discuss things from there.

I've started working with Gydian sporadically, and although he isn't regular staff ( I couldn't keep him occupied enough to fulfill the above), he has done an outstanding job coding for me and handling complex localization stuff. I had pretty demanding requests and he was able to fulfill all of them. This included getting pages to act like posts in Wordpress and ping, and advanced script implementations to get exactly what I wanted. He's quick and his code is very clean.

I also used his hosting service (GarnerHosting), and he's been great as well. He even offers to install Wordpress, has great tips and insights into coding/websites all around. I think he would be a solid asset to have in your affiliate business.

I concur. I have used Gydian's services as well as host PAL with him and have never had anything but exceptional service. There's something to be said for being able to directly call or text the people you work with when an issue comes up.

Gydian is doing a few grand worth of development for my company now. I'm not the one handling a lot of the communication (a partner is doing that) but so far from what I've viewed I'm pleased with the progress. We're only at the point of getting PSDs and plans and such so I can't comment on the final result, but so far everything has been great from communication, response times, changing things quickly based on feedback etc. My early opinion is he'd be a great person for someone to pick up.

I've had a couple people ask what type of range I'm looking for and what that would entitle them to. I'm looking to have this fill my normal working time so we'd be talking at least 40 hours per week slotted to you (though I'd probably end up working more hours because that's just the type of person I am). As for wage, I'm looking for mid to high XXX per week to replace my current day-job income.

So, anyone want to pick me up for $3000/month and I'll make sure to build you 2 or 3 new 20 page sites a month? Really not liking being back at my day job, and pending how tomorrow goes, I just may quit.

Do note I'm ok with this being a short-term thing. Like, 2 or 3 months of this. :P
