WTH: Coder for odds jobs

Helping out a mate with his life coaching site: he needs some odds fix ups and has an unusual request. He wants to be able to create a system where the clients answer questions each day and the scores are tallied and saved in a database of some sort.

This will need to be displayed to rank members and used for coaches to see who is doing the work.

Really don't know how something like this will be coded. There are also serveral other fix-ups the site will need. It's a WP site using Thesis.
