Is it just me, or is this marketplace all a bit confusing? I don't understand why there are sub forums, and if there have to be then shouldn't quite a few posts in this main section be moved?

Yep im confused too
The darkest hour is just before dawn
We added the sub forums about a week ago because people were finding the marketplace to be overwhelming and many of the threads getting burried so we seperated it.
But people arent using the proper sections
All link threads go here
All website/domain threads go here
If your thread doesnt relate to either of those two. ie your selling articles, translations or whatever than you would post here.
This was done so people who are looking for links or websites could do so easily..sorry I would have moved these other posts had I been around.
hope that helps

I think either use 1 main forum or 3 subforums for marketplace. Not a main forum + 2 sub forums because people will post in the wrong place. Maybe just add a third subforum for "other" and everything else can go there. This way people will be forced to take the extra 3 seconds to make a choice rather than just posting their link stuff in the main marketplace. I guess people get exited as soon as they see something that says "post" so things will just go in the main forum and force people to check 2 places for 1 thing.

Hey guys, what is the "content" sub forum for? I created a thread that explained I was open for orders and it got moved to "other." There are similar content threads in each forum so I'm not sure where to post things like that.
Sorry about the confusion. Maybe there's a FAQ somewhere that I missed. I tend to get FAQ-blindness instead of banner blindness these days.

Hey I moved it
The forum you posted in is for regular members who offer ongoing services and have positive itrader ratings. (Sorry I dont know who you are)There is a please read here ...although if I knew how to make it higher on the page I would. In that section members are supposed to limit it to one post only and update as needed.
The other marketplace is for people who want to offer something on a time limited basis or advertising etc,..so say your offering content services only for the next week or two...etc
Im gonna speak to the guys about this as well, as its confusing some, and others just arent using it the way it was set up to be
Thanks for asking though and making me think more about this

Since were talking about it... when I click on "My Threads/Replies" at the top of the forum all my posts in the Marketplace don't show up, I think it started when the new threads were created
