Need Programmer

I have been messing with my WP "Deep Stack" site, suited spades .com, and have tweaked the home page. In doing so, it does not come up correctly in other browsers. Seems to come up ok in IE though, and the other pages have come up ok in FF...just not the home page

Can anyone PM with rates and approx total to fix? Also, I am going to school for web creation soon, so would like to know what I did wrong if possible.
