Wanted: Wordpress/Thesis genius

Hey, Im ok with thesis but theres a few things i want to do to hack up my theme but im having trouble with. Hopefully someone experienced in wordpress/thesis can help me. Im obviously willing to pay for your help

The things i need done are:

Creating a widgetized footer

Installing related posts plugin.
