    Default Formula 1

Just wondering if there are any other Formula 1 fans in the forum?.

I can't wait for the new season to start, absolutely gutted the first race was cancelled, and I'm on the edge of my seat already waiting for the start :]

Going to do something this year that I have wanted do for a few years now and start my own F1 blog, post live during each race etc, so news on the spot, really looking forward to it and think it will be fun.

So who else here is into it?

I like formula 1 but not as much as you do. I think the F1 blog idea is great. Let us know when you have the blog live. I would love to read it.

Nice. I'm going to watch 2 days of the Chinese Grand Prix in a few weeks here. Can't wait for it. Missed the Melbourne Grand Prix twice, so stoked to finally be getting a chance to go see one.

    1. Alonso
    2. Vettel
    3. Hamilton

That's my guess for this year. I love the Ferrari team, think Alonso and the entire team are looking for payback. I would like to see Webber move up this year, but I don't think it'll be happening and he'll drop to 4th. Hamilton wants to get back on top, but I think his McLaren will hold him back. I know I'm not going out on a limb with these picks, but these guys completely dominated last year, so why would you?

    Post your picks guys!

Why do Euros take good things and ruin them. It's too bad you guys don't know true racing. You know, when the races aren't separated by a half mile from one car to the next. Might as well watch drag racing, that's all F1 is.

I don't watch anything on asphalt. Real racing is on dirt.

If I had to choose though, I would take NASCAR over F1 every single time. F1 is the most boring type of racing on earth. Why? Because it is hardly ever a "race" at all. The same few teams with a ton of money tend to always win, while the others have no shot. Great.

This is what I love, and this is real racing. Watch the full video, you won't know who wins till the last few seconds. 150MPH on a 1/2 mile oval, 900 horsepower in a 1200 pound car, on dirt. That's racing.
