    We call them pull carts in kansas.

    It's known as a trolley in the UK. A buggy is the term for, well.....a buggy! Cart's, we got shot of those in like 1800's!

    They are referred to as "pull carts" in the NE US and also seem to be referred to the same way on various golf course websites that list their amenities. Looking at some of the different pro shops and sporting goods stores across the US, they are called "push carts" , "pull carts" or "a golf caddy" - although the caddy is also the person that a golfer pays to carry their clubs for them.

    They are usually referred to as golf carts, but some people call them golf buggies. Either way, they are a lot of fun to ride around in lol
